Beyond Rituals –
Rituals – also called karma kanda – need to have some positive effect – the blessings need to be felt! We all know very well how Sanskrit mantras are pronounced and with how much dedication by the pandits…who live among us (& we know their life-style pretty well too)!
Do you really think that the Gods will bless those who spend more money doing rituals and less to those who hardly have the money to buy food for themselves?
And then there are countries where the citizens do not follow any religious ritual..yet they are pretty rich and affluent!
